"MyNicheHR.com" focuses on project base executive search, HR and leadership training, and human resources consultation and provides customized HR solutions, tools and guidances such as Management trainee programs, people experience & engagement program , in-house talent management & talent assessment, and succession planning, We also provide Well-Crafted employee handbooks, Customized Employment Contract, execute HR Compliance audit, Drafting HR Workflow, Procedure, HR policies and HRLOA, etc., for various industries in Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea. We target small and medium-sized businesses or start-up companies in Asia that need timely HR support before a proper in-house HR department is established. Our HR platform MyNicheHR.com" also includes a MyHRBP portal, which provides EIS. & HR Dashboard to help our customers manage their employee information and provide them with HR analytics information timely at an affordable monthly fee for our potential clients who need to manage employee information but are not ready to invest huge amounts of money into the state-of-the-art HR systems like SAP, people soft, Workday then we will be your wise choice.
